FACTORS BOND STRENGTH OF VILENE FUSING BOND TEST MACHINE (ANALOG)
- Speed / Dwell Time / Wrong interlining selection.
- Fuselage temperature is too low.
- Poor or uneven pressure.
USE INSTRUCTIONS OF VILENE FUSING BOND TEST MACHINE (ANALOG)
- Increase the fusing /dwell time for the adhesive to achieve sufficient viscosity and penetrate into the fabric.
- Set the temperature slightly higher, but never too high since it may lead to over-fusing, resulting in lower bond strength.
- Ensure the pressure is properly working and that it is even across the width of the fusing press.
- Cooling time – Allow at least 30 minutes before the bond strength test is taken.
